Since our platform provides instant digital processing and printable file generation, once a service is successfully processed, the amount paid is strictly non-refundable.
If a user enters incorrect details (name, Aadhaar number, date of birth, etc.), the portal will not be responsible and no refund will be issued.
In case of duplicate payment due to technical error, users must contact support within 24 hours. After verification, the extra amount may be adjusted or refunded.
Wallet recharges made by agents are non-refundable and can only be used for portal services.
If a transaction fails due to server error and service is not delivered, the amount may be credited back to the agent wallet after verification.
Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on the payment method.
