Agent Agreement Contract

1. Appointment of Agent

Advance Print Portal appoints you as a non-exclusive service agent to provide digital print support services in your local area.

2. Nature of Services

The Agent is authorized to use the portal for printing support services such as Aadhaar PVC, PAN, Voter ID, Ayushman, Certificates, and other available services.

The Agent acknowledges that Advance Print Portal is not a government authority.

3. Agent Responsibilities

• Verify customer identity before processing any service.
• Enter correct and accurate information in the portal.
• Not misuse the portal for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Comply with all local and national laws.

4. Commission & Earnings

The Agent may set service pricing locally and retain profit margins. Portal service charges will be deducted from the Agent wallet.

5. Wallet & Payment Policy

All wallet recharges are non-refundable. The Agent is responsible for maintaining sufficient balance.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Generating fake documents.
• Processing services without customer consent.
• Using the portal for unlawful purposes.
• Sharing portal access with unauthorized persons.

7. Suspension & Termination

Advance Print Portal reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Agent account involved in fraud, misuse, or violation of policies without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect data submission, government portal downtime, or third-party technical errors.

9. Agreement Validity

This agreement remains valid as long as the Agent account is active. The company may modify terms at any time.

10. Acceptance

By registering and using the portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agent Agreement.
